August Planner Set Up

Hello loves!

I wanted to share how I set up my planner for the month of August, hopefully it'll inspire some of you on how to set up your own planners!

I chose the Pink Patent Domino Filofax to use for this month because the vibrant color matches my Cocoa Daisy August Planner Kit perfectly. The kit is sold out but you can still purchase the A5 and Personal inserts. For the girls who don't use a ringed planner, Cocoa Daisy has come out with the Daisy Dori which is similar to a Midori insert. These are so fab!

So let's go on to my planner set up, shall we?

Here is the gorgeous Pink Patent Domino,
doesn't the color work so well with the kit?

The great thing about the domino Filofax is this large
pocket in the front. I stored a sticker sheet,
journaling cards, and a stamp set in mine!

I added the cute mint and pink tassel charm to one
of the rings in front of the beautiful monthly divider.

Here is a quick snapshot of the gorgeeeeouusss inserts
from this month's kit. I used the macaron clips
to mark each week of the inserts.

Then I created a cute little dashboard to house my many sticky flags.
The Dear Lizzy notepad was included in the kit and I used a tape
runner to adhere them to the dashboard. I like them all in one
place for convenience.

In the back of the domino is this slit, I put my macaron notepad and
super adorable bow clip here. And how cute does my mint crown
pen look in the pen loop?

And that's everything! I hope you enjoyed taking a peek into how I've set up my planner for the month of August. Have a wonderful week everyone!

Cocoa Daisy July Daisy Day Planner Kit

Hi loves!

I wanted to share with you all a to-do spread that I created using the Cocoa Daisy July Daisy Day Planner kit in my Kate Spade planner.

Before I share my photos, I wanted to give a disclaimer that Cocoa Daisy has gotten super popular as of late. This means that their kits sell out fairly quickly! But don't be discouraged because Christine has started up subscriptions that you can sign up for to avoid missing out on a super cute kit and end up regretting it.

Without further adieu, here are the photos of my work:

This is the entire kit:

 This is the entire spread:

I used the super cute stamps to add some embellishment to this already beautiful insert and how cute is that ahoy planner charm?! :

This is the actual to-do insert. I used stamps again to add embellishment. It's a little difficult to see but I used the starfish stamp with a light orange ink color to mark my water consumption:

And that's all folks! I hope you'll like my work here and stay tuned for more blog posts!

InkWELL Press Planner

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to share some tips and information on how I'm using my InkWELL Press Planner. I use this planner specifically for my design teams and as a business planner for my Etsy Shop.

On the side bar on the right, I like to cover the writings with slim washi tape in order to label those sections for what works for me. I use the three boxes for "REVENUE", "FAVORITES", and "VIEWS" so you can see where I stamp the letters "R", "F", and "V" to abbreviate those things.

Here are some photos of my recent spreads:

I also have a coupon code to save you all 20% off any purchase with inkWELL! There is no minimum or maximum so feel free to use my code for any purchase: PLLovesIWP

Using Printables in Your Planner

Hi lovebugs!

I know it has been awhile since I've last posted here on my blog, my schedule never seems to let up! I really will try my best to post more often. So without further adieu, I would love to share with you all how I utilize printables in my planner.

Here is what I used:
  • June Cocoa Daisy Inserts
  • June Subscriber Printable* (on a full label sheet)
  • Date Roller Stamp
  • Washi Tape
  • Sticky Notes (from June’s Daisy Day Planner Add-On Kit)
From there, I printed the printable onto a full adhesive shipping label which is essentially a sheet of sticker paper. If you're trying to find it in stores like Wal-Mart or Target, look for the words "full shipping label sheet", I happen to order mine from onlinelabels.

I own a cutting machine and used the machine to cut out the images into stickers so that I can just peel the image from the sheet as a sticker to use in my planner. If you don't own a cutting machine, you can easily print it onto the label sheet or card stock then cut out the images with scissors yourself. From there, use a glue stick or tape runner to adhere the images to your inserts or planner.

Here are the photos of how my inserts turned out (keep in mind that I plan as I go which is why there are blank spaces):

That's it for today! I hope you'll all enjoy this post and thank you so much for your continuous support!
